Some wireless carriers flag calls from large call centers that utilize Toll-Free numbers as ‘Scam Likely.’ At this time there is not a process in place for legitimate businesses to correct inaccurate ‘Scam Likely’ flags at the wireless carrier level.

If you’re unsure about the legitimacy of a phone call, get as much information as you can from the caller -their name, title, and the business or department they claim to be representing. Then look up the company’s contact information and call them directly.
