Mobile Check Deposit

For Personal and Business Accounts!

Save yourself a trip to the drive-up or night drop and deposit checks to your Industrial Credit Union personal and business accounts with your cell phone.

We’re working hard to make funds available as quickly as we can while taking measures to prevent potential fraud. Holds on checks deposited during business hours are reviewed by our staff, and in most cases, released the same day. Holds on checks deposited after-hours are reviewed over the course of the next business day. Make sure to check your available balance after making a deposit; there may be instances where holds are placed on checks for members who have not had holds placed on their deposits before.

Haven’t used Mobile Check Deposit yet? Here’s a quick overview to get you started:

  1. Make sure you’ve downloaded the most recent version of the Industrial CU Mobile App on your iPhone™, iPad™ or Android™ device.
  2. Sign in to the mobile app and select Check Deposit.
  3. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Select the account where you’d like funds deposited.
  5. Enter the amount of your deposit -make sure this matches the written amount on the check.
  6. Sign the back of the check and write ‘For ICU Mobile Deposit Only’ under your signature.
  7. Double check that the number you entered for deposit matches what’s on the check.
  8. Take a photo of the front and back of your check against a dark background.
  9. Select Deposit; you’ll receive a Deposit Confirmation at the end of the process.

Mobile Check Deposit is available to all members unless we have previously revoked the service on your account.
