At Industrial Credit Union the health and well-being of our members, employees and community is our top priority. Like many of you, we’re closely monitoring the information, guidance and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Whatcom County Health Department regarding the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
Here are the recent updates we’ve made in an effort to keep our members, staff and community safe and healthy during this time of crisis.
Starting at 5:00 pm Friday, March 20th, Industrial Credit Union will temporarily close our lobbies and divert transactions to our branch drive-ups. Drive-ups will open with extended hours starting Saturday, March 21st. Our Northwest, State Street, Ferndale and Nugents Corner drive-ups will be open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 7 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm.
We are offering Skip-a-Payment for members on auto loans, personal loans, and consumer lines of credit. Click here for details.
We have canceled the in-person portion of our Annual Meeting in favor of a digital meeting.
We have postponed the date of our upcoming Shred Day.
We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus. We’re actively taking steps to keep members and employees safe while still meeting the needs of our members.
We encourage our members to utilize drive-up windows, Mobile Check Deposit, and Online Banking. Access your accounts online through the Industrial Credit Union app at your convenience to make transfers, pay bills, check balances, find an ATM, view transactions and more. Managing your account and deposits digitally will save you time and trips to the Credit Union. If you haven’t registered for Online Banking, it only takes a few minutes. Register now.
Thank you for your grace and patience during this difficult time.
