COVID-19 Updates

As a proactive measure related to COVID-19, Industrial Credit Union has temporarily restricted access to our lobbies and diverted transactions to our branch drive-ups.

Our Northwest, State Street, Ferndale and Nugents Corner drive-ups are open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 7 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm.

Rest assured, Industrial Credit Union is still operational.

We are processing Shared Branch transactions through our drive-ups.

Staff from branches with no drive-up have been redeployed to other locations to support transaction processing, Call Center, and remote services.

We will continue to process night drop transactions from all our branches.

While we are not a Small Business Administration (SBA) Lender and therefore unable to fulfill Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) or Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) requests, we are available to process loan applications and Skip-a-Payment requests over the phone and through Online Banking.

If you have a loan or other transaction in progress, your Member Service Representative will be available by phone or email to assist you.

Members may request in-person, lobby appointments through our Call Center at (360) 734-2043; however, we strongly encourage you to utilize ATMs, Mobile Check Deposit, night drop and Online Banking for account monitoring and transactions.

While we do verify your information when you contact us, Industrial Credit Union will never call asking for your account or social security number -we already have that information on file. There are always those willing to take advantage of a crisis; please remain on the lookout for scams in the days ahead.
