This year’s Annual Meeting will be held virtually at 6 pm on April 26th.
Registration
Registration for this virtual meeting is required. “Click here” to register to attend the Zoom meeting. You will be asked to provide your name and email address. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting via Zoom (web, mobile device or phone).
While you are welcome to call in and listen to the meeting over the phone, you will not be able to view the accompanying slides and presentation visuals. To join by phone, you must still register using the Zoom registration link. Instructions for joining by phone only will be emailed to you after registration.

During this meeting, the presenters will reference the 82nd Annual Report. The Annual Report contains last year’s meeting minutes, 2022 financial information, the Supervisory Committee Report and the President & Chairperson’s Report. The Annual Report will be posted to this space for review the week prior to the meeting.

Before using Zoom from a mobile device (Apple iPhone/iPad, Android smartphone/tablet) for the first time, please download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app from the App Store or Google Play. You will then be able to join the meeting by clicking on the link provided in your registration confirmation email, entering your name [for Industrial members, please use the same name that is listed on your account(s)], and then entering the Meeting ID provided.
If you are experiencing difficulty with audio, we encourage you to use your mobile device to access the meeting.
Meeting Participation
Please note that your phone and computer audio will be muted for the duration of the meeting; however, we encourage involvement in the proceedings. If you have questions, comments or feedback please submit them using the chat feature, which can be activated using the button with a speech bubble at the bottom of the Zoom meeting window.
